How about an old fashion 2 channel integrated amp? I don't know why they say its old fashioned. There's still a ton of good integrated, NAD as an example. Maybe its because its Yamaha, who I was first interested in the HT lineup. I don't think I'd buy a 2ch from Yamaha because I never found their stereo to be all that great -- HT is a different story. But its worth a read if you're in the market!
